Originally from India and now based in Dublin, my journey with yoga began through a desire to create more balance, calm, and connection in everyday life.
What started as a personal practice gradually became something much deeper, a way to slow down, reconnect with myself, and find steadiness through life’s changing seasons. Over time, yoga became not only a physical practice, but a space for grounding, self-awareness, and restoration.
Before teaching yoga, I experienced the pace and demands of modern working life firsthand, which is why I understand how important it is to have spaces that help us pause, breathe, and come back to ourselves.
Through Yogabhavna, I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where people can move mindfully, build strength gently, and feel more at ease in both body and mind. My teaching blends breath-led movement, mindfulness, and nervous system awareness in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and welcoming to all levels, especially beginners and busy lifestyles.
Whether you are stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning to your practice after time away, my intention is simple: to help you feel more grounded, balanced, and connected through movement and breath.
Yogabhavna is a space to slow down, reset, and return to yourself.
