You do not need to be flexible, experienced or ready. You just need to arrive.

Here you will find weekly classes in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Restorative yoga, support through Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga, and the healing potential of Yoga Therapy through one-to-one Yoga Therapy sessions for those seeking something deeper.

Every class is taught with depth, warmth and a genuine commitment to your wellbeing, not just on the mat, but in the life you carry with you when you leave.
